Excellent service with fully trackable from start to finish. Sadly only 5 stars to vote for, I would definitely have given them 6 stars...
The worker that came to take the boxes was gentle and professional. I had a problem with one box because it broke on the lower part. He waited until I fix it with tape. Boxes arrived within expected time. Point for improvement: the company picking up the box could inform a time frame so you don't have to be sitting at home waiting the whole day.

Bad customer service, no hotline available to directly contact customer service! I sent 2 packages, with one I had problems with the delivery and the 2nd one was lost during transport. Now I am trying to get reimbursement, but nobody replies to my emails!
Ecoparcel.eu, The Killer of Ebay!
I created an order 8 days ago and I am still waiting for it to be collected. The ticketing system seems to be not working as I am still did not get an answer either. Not happy with the "no news" from my parcel.
The service was good and within established time frame. Will use Ecoparcel again.
