I did ship 2 times with ecoparcel: first a 30 kg box from Italy to Czech republic that got lost: for a loss of 300 euro. After 5 months of complaining the only thing they refund me was the shipping costs. So i "tryed" to ship again with them, an other 30 kg box from Italy to Czech: this time arrived without problems in one week. I'm still not sure about their reliability.

SCAM! They lost my package (with a phone in it) two months ago and told me I would get the money of the insurance I PAID FOR. But never replied back my emails again. I am texting them every single day by email and facebook. They just ignore me. There are a lot of people in the same situation than me. You can read all the comments on its facebook page.
Easy to book online
Great service and really good value for money, it did take a bit longer than I thought but all in all I would use it again.
Bon service, mais le livreur ne monte pas au 5ème étage, et j'ai donc dû descendre mes colis : On perd donc tout l'intérêt du service à domicile.
