Sehr schnelle Lieferung. Das Servicepersonal war sehr bemüht da ich kurzfristig gebucht hatte und in wenigen Tagen zum Flughafen musste. Danke! Und nach dem die Abholung nicht geklappt hatte, da meine Koffer nicht als die abzuholenden Pakete erkannt wurden, ist der Fahrer sogar noch einmal zurück gekommen. Lediglich die langen Wartezeiten bezüglich des Schriftverkehrs per Mail, welche jedoch aufgrund der Weihnachtszeit nachvollziehbar sind, kann ich bemängeln. Ich würde es wieder tun, nach dem ich mir viel Mühe gespart habe. Man sollte jedoch ein paar Tage Luft lassen, falls der erste Abholungsversuch scheitern sollte, da der gewählte Termin lediglich ein Wunschtermin ist.

Hace dos dias cancele una orden y aun asi se la han llevado. Ahora estoy intentando recuperar mis paquetes pero es imposible porque no hay numero de telefono, en la web el link del formulario de atencion al cliente no funciona, por Facebook no contestan y por Twitter mas de lo mismo. La empresa que contrataron para recoger los pedidos no se hace responsable porque dicen que no les avisaron. Es un desastre. 100% desaconsejable. Es el mejor ejemplo de que lo barato sale caro, ...
Good service at a very good price. The shipping time was exactly as advertised. No problems with pick up and delivery and the tracking worked well all the way through.
