Someone opend my box, stole some belongings and the other things were damaged!
The carrier didn’t want to come to my apartment he said he is not insured! I had to take all my 25kg parcels from the 3rd floor by myself down to the hall of my building and it was impossible ! When you pay such a service you expect them to come to your place to pick all your parcels!!
My experience with them has been vere good. Quick service, and reliable.

The parcel was not collected on the booked day. They did not inform us that some problems had happened and there was not a real reason for missing the pick up.

Due to the low cost compared to the competition I was a bit worried ... no need , everything from ordering collection and delivery was perfect . Even had a query during the process that was replied to straight away. Delivery a day early after email confirmation. 100 % use again and 100% recommend.
