Very BAD Service with no customer service. My package was sent in the wrong country(after I investigate , and try to reach the courier),.After I speak trough Ecoparcel platform customer service ,i got a response after 2 weeks.It`s been 2 mounts that I did`t hear anything about my package and they stop replying me on the e-mails that I sent. It`s like a company that don`t exist , I think its a ghost company. Don`t trust these guys,forget about sending anything because it will get lost somewhere in the world and you won`t be able to contact anyone because they don`t have a phone number, email or contact person. Worst company in the world !

I was very worried about the boxes because of the bad reviews I read, however I must say all went well. I would have prefered a message saying when the courrier would have come, but luckily they came in the morning to pick it up. In 3 days I received it again in Italy, all in good shape! I will give four stars so that they improve the customer service (which is basically non existent) and also to make better sure they have good courriers. I was lucky that I had GLS which is very professional, but maybe some others had bad experiences due to bad courier. All in all I feel to suggest it because it was really cheap, easy and quick!

Good service for money. Parcel delivered in six days from Italy to Belgium. Packaging annoying if you want to send suitcases

I was a little scared after the reviews before and panicking all the time but I had nothing to worry about and will use Ecoparcel and GLS now for the rest of my packages I need to move over :) I shipped a test package from Ireland to Germany, it was picked up on Friday and arrived the following Wednesday. Everything was handled professionally. The driver called me before he came, then quickly took the package and gave me a receipt. I was able to follow the delivery progress on the website and when my parcel arrived there was a small rip on the handle area but thats fine as the box was heavy and just cardboard. Nothing lost, nothing missing, perfect service, thank you so much! I'm hopefully my next review when I send my life with them will be the same :D As I'm trying to move the rest of my stuff next so I can move to Germany! Wish me luck guys!, I trust them enough to try!
