When I booked the colection it sayd it was 3-5 days. At the 7th day I sent an email regarding the parcel showed on the traking site was held in spain. I recieved the parcel 9 days after it was colected and still no reply to my querie on the email. Parcel was in good condition.

We had problems to pick the package. The company didn't call on time and we had to call them more than once.
The booking process is very easy. Time of delivery as expected. I just did not like the tracking feature. For me this is an improvement area.
Delivery was late, no tracking number, delivered without notice outside of apartment, pickup was late too

Should improve communication with an on line available chat.
The service is fast, accurate and good value. But pick up timings are too wide. I got a message: from 8am to 6pm. That means altering your full routine, commute, etc. I would appreciate at least a AM or PM range.
