I have ordered a package from Hungary to Sweden. with a pick up date of 2018/02/09. On the 13-th the package was still not picked up. Wrote several emails to customer support so called "Melissa " but no answer. Paid with Pay Pal ( recommend ) I have complained to PayPal and guess what ? so called " Melissa" send me a email right away that:We are very sorry for not getting back sooner. Upon checking, the parcels have been successfully picked up yesterday. Please be informed that all parcels from collection date, will be delivered from 3-6 working day span. Thank you and have a nice day! Best Regards, Melissa Customer Service Agent The package still in my house today ! Nobody came to pick it up and so called " Melissa " ( after checking about my order number wrote me that the package was picked up ! ) It is not even funny ! STAY AWAY from ECOPARCEL:EU. There are many other couriers that might cost you a little bit more but you are on the safe side ! I took off from work ( unpaid ) for the pick up day ! Learn from my mistake. PS : I so curious what is going to be "Melissa" answer to this.
Efficient and cost effective postal service, met expectations for a delivery company
Ecoparcel Failed to collect twice, and didn't respond to emails or message. Didn't give refund. Scam. Courier had no record of our order twice, just a fake website.
Love everything about ecoparcel, but i wish it were easier to chose a collection date!
