Used ecoparcel to get a parcel delivered to me from Spain to France. The tracking process was clear and transparent. I was informed of the expected day of delivery, and given the option to change the date or delivery address (due to not being at home during the time of delivery I opted to get it delivered to my work instead. The process was simple and stressed free. I'd use this service again without question.

Spedito il pacco dall'Italia, arrivato dopo 15 giorni completamente distrutto. Sicuramente la colpa non è di Ecoparcel quanto di GLS che tratta i pacchi senza alcuna cura. Ecoparcel dovrebbe prendere atto del pessimo servizio offerto da GLS e cambiare vettore.

Unacceptable service The parcel was not delivered in 4-6 days but in 13 days, which is unacceptable. Friends parcel picket at the same time from same address came 5 days earlier. The condition of the parcel is like someone took a baseball bat and hit it at least 20 times. It's almost unrecognizable. Honest delivery dates, carefully chosen partners for delivery and better service will do wonders. Only if Ecoparcel wanted it.
Brussels to Berlin in 3 days, It's getting a bit expensive but get the work done.
