Two out of the three parcels were heavily damaged, one of them was even broken and the things inside were falling out! Terrible service taking into account how much I paid for it.

Terrible service. They didn’t pick my order during the day that I choose , not even 2 days later. I had to deliver the order to one of their locations, when they sent the order to the other address, it arrived with 3 damaged items. Terrible

no feedback until parcel arrived. 15 days later, I still can not have an invoice (issued but error in downloading)

The parcel was collected on 11 Mar 2026 at 13:47 and delivered on 18 Mar 2026 at 14:50.
Email notifications are sent to both the shipper and the consignee using the provided email addresses. As you are the shipper, you will only receive updates related to the collection, while delivery notifications are sent to the consignee. You can view all updates by clicking on "Tracking".
Invoices are issued monthly, as indicated in the "My Invoices" section: https://www.ecoparcel.eu/en/my/invoices/
I can confirm that the invoice is available there, along with a note stating that it will be generated on the 7th.
