Excellent service from the beginning to the end and, most important, my parcels arrived in great condition !! Less than a week to be delivered ! The price is good, usually it works fine. sometimes they do not come to pick up or for the delivery they call but then they cancel on come on another day. It would be great if the time window for pick up or delivery was smaller (not 8 am to 6 pm) so planning becomes easier. good to mention that customer service was responsive and refunded the money when nobody appeared to pick up our box.
