This is the first time I use the services of Ecoparcel. The reason is that the price is really competitive at this moment. So I made the payment on 26/11, and as planning, someone from Ecoparcel needed to pick my things on 27/11 but actually, it happened later, on 28/11. However, as committed, after 4 working days, my parcel was delivered right on time and safely. Thank you !
