Ecopaecel offers a perfect service! I used it several times from Latvia and Ireland to Foggia (Italy). The price is so competitive! This time I didn’t like the tracking service! In fact I had no trace of my parcel for more than a week! I have just got it without knowing where it was till the last moment! And this is so bad, I should always know where is my parcel! I highly recommend Ecoparcel to all the people who wanna send 30 kg of goods around the Europe! You all should be careful, with size and weight, don’t try to be ‘clever’ and pay less for a parcel or put more kg up it! In that case you are in trouble! Ecoparcel’s customer service is very bad, they never answer in time! You could wait days and days! So respect size, weight and packaging very well.
