Overall good experience! Pity you cannot provide timeframes for collection. That means one have to be stuck at home for entire day in order to make it happen. Otherwise happy with price and service.

The service it was great! Easy to book, and pay and everything. The collection was delayed but due to the circumstances (COVID-19), it was reasonable. After that parcels were collected the delivery to my country it was super fast. Moreover, I would like to highlight the support centre service: really professional people! I would use the service again if I need and I 100% recommend!
