Everything perfect!
Experience was super smooth. Shipping from Netherlands to Spain was fast (1 week) and the price was really good. Printing the labels is not necessary which is really valuable for someone who doesn't have a printer (like me :))

I have given stars but felt that my parcel seemed to take longer that it said. It said delivery 2-4days but it took 10dsyfrom collection to delivery But your response was prompt when I made a query.
Have used a few times sending to UK from Spain. Usually GLS in my area. No problems so far. Good prices too.
Picked up as promised and delivered to Ireland remarkably quickly given lockdown
