I have read a lot of bad reviews about this company, but they are absolutely genuine and reliable. I sent a parcel to Germany last week and got a message from my friend that it arrived today - and that's in the middle of this Covid-19! It wasn't collected on the day it was supposed to be collected but was the following day - that made me worried that I had made a big mistake going with this company, but thankfully I was wrong. They are just fine to use.
Fast collecting. Fast shipping. Everything in order although the Covid-19 Everything goes smooth.
As always, Eco Parcel was a reliable partner in delivery. I will definitely use their service in the future.

Very good service. Good prices. However, as a suggestion, some fine tuning on the website needs to get rid of this “suspicious clickbait scam” appearance overall. It does not seem a serious service but it is! Can’t talk about the support service because I didn’t have to use it.
I just received my package from Italy to Denmark. The interface of the website is user friendly and really easy to use. I do not have any complain about the delivery/collection either. It was fast and with no problems.
Perfect management, and I also received my package with two days of advance than the planned delivery.
Economical service, and reasonable delivery time, in the present circumstances!
