Used ecoparcel to pick something up from a store in Spain who could not deliver internationally. Received my package 9 days later (bang in the estimated arrival time, even during COVID) and was kept up to date with each step of the parcels journey from collection to delivery. Would highly recommend

Was absolutely seamless. It was recommended to us by others on social media, but I was indeed satisfied. Relatively easy to book on the website, and it was great to be able to track where approximately the parcel is. So even though we had to wait a good few days (a few days after the expected delivery date), it wasn't worrysome. I'm likely to use it again and would recommend. Don't be put off by the grammatical mistakes in the site content - the service for us was excellent.
