Don't fall for the thousands of positive remarks, Ecoparcel recently bought a huge packet of fake reviews to polish their image. This company is NOT SERIOUS. They make you pay insurance, but if they lose your parcel (which happens frequently, because they work with the cheapest and less serious subcontracting services), they won't pay! Ecoparcel is the least serious dispatching site on the Internet.

In order to settle the dispute with the shipping company, could you please send us a collection receipt (courier provides upon successful collection) via http://help.ecoparcel.eu, as shipping company in PT informed that collection wasn't successful.
In regards to Fake reviews, the reason we are using Trustpilot is to rule all of the concerns of fake reviews. We don't have any fake reviews. Trustpilot provides platform for both customers and companies to dispute/report fake reviews, thus, please provide proof of fake reviews via the support@ecoparcel.eu or amend your review, we will be disputing this review, as it contains lies and diminishes value of our brand.

First time using this service and I was a little bit sceptical about it.Everything was amazing and quick.My two parcels were collected on Tuesday from UK and Friday morning already arrived in Italy.
