Vielen Dank für Ihre Nachricht und ich schätze die schnelle Lieferung, aber das Paket kam stark beschädigt an. Es war zwar gut verpackt und gepolstert, aber das Lieferpersonal haben wahrscheinlich die Pakete unsachgemäß behandelt, wie die zahlreichen Transportschäden belegen. Ein neuer Tisch ist nun komplett abgeplatzt und beschädigt, wodurch sein Wert erheblich gesunken ist. Ich fordere als Ihre Verantwortungsschadenproblem 150€ für diesen erheblichen Schaden.

Made it very easy and costefficient to get our forgotten items from the hotel in france back to germany. the hotel was so kind to pack it up. Parcel was fetched at the front desk and delivered to door back home.
