Do NOT trust this company - lost parcel, no communication, no accountability They collected my parcel and it has been in transit for over 20 days. It never reached its destination. My merchandise is lost. Throughout this entire time, I have received no proper response, no explanation, and no solution. I cannot even file a claim. Nobody has helped me. The lack of any clear communication has made an already terrible situation even worse. This has cost me a significant amount of money and I still have no idea where my goods are or whether I will ever get them back. Do not use EcoParcel. Do not trust EcoParcel. If something goes wrong, you will be on your own - with no support, no compensation, and no answers. I need my money back and I have no confidence this company will do the right thing.
