Excellent service. However, in my opinion, service at the receiving end could be improved. If delivery is happening on a given date and then it is going to be at an earlier or later date, you cannot expect people to be there. A phone call confirming availability on that date would be nice, as opposed to assuming the recipient will be there for sure.
