He utilizado dos veces este servicio la primera vez genial la segunda envié dos paquetes el mismo día uno ok y el segundo dos semanas más tarde y con todo roto , un desastre.
Parcels were delivered very fast. Everything was fine. Except that the delivery man in Italy refused to bring the parcels on the correct floor and did leave them in atrium on the ground floor. He said that he has not received any payment for door to door service. Just mentioning.

The service was excellent for the shipping of my suitcases from France to The Netherlands. The suitcases arrived on time and in good state. They picked the suitcases up on time and they labeled them as well. There was no issue during the transport so I really recommend their service
