My parcel got switched with my roommate's parcel and now his parcel is in the Netherlands and my parcel is in Italy. This is going to be hard to fix
I have been sending parcels with Ecoparcel since 4/5 years and never never had any problem. Really well managed, 5 stars deserved
My friend and I sent the packages to our respective homes. Before sending the packages, we glued the labels with our data on them so that the courier could not be confused between the two. Today I received my friend’s package at my house and he received mine. The courier applied the wrong label on the packages (although we had put the labels on to avoid this error).
Great service and really affordable! Just dont forget to contact your assigned delivery company.
