It was my first time using this service. I needed to collect box from Valencia to Sweden and it arrived as planned.
From the coast of the Black Sea to an island in northern Europe in 5 days (3 business days) - not bad at all.
It took 12 days to get my parcel . I couldn't really follow and tracking my order on website. It wasn't updated for ling days.
