Excellent company. I've shipped a package from Bcuharest to Eindhoven and the service was impressive. They picked up the package from me in Bucharest and delivered it to Eindhoven in only 6 days. The package arrived the same way I've shipped it. The price was great too.
Awful experience!! I book the collection and I stayed home the entire day waiting but nobody ring the bell or knock at the door. In the evening I received an email saying that they came over but nobody was home (wtf) and they cancel my order. I spent 20 days sending emails and waiting for their answers. They just replied randomly with days of delay and without providing any solution. At the end I managed to pay them again to reschedule a new collection but they made mistakes with the code of the parcel. I finally got my boxes 21 days after.
Use regularly shipping to Europe. Never a problem. Recommend.
Excellent Service! Perfect! The box arrived on time and in perfect condition! Would recommend the company and their service without any doubt!
Despite the fact that i paid extra for protection of my delivery - i received the goods damaged. A separate email with pictures will be sent, as i was very disappointed and expect a solution re the damage caused by the suppliers.
