One item itn my parcel broke during the shipment. Eventhough, the service was really good.

Everything worked very well. The only thing that could be improved is to provide a more accurate timeframe for the pickup/delivery. 08-18 is just a long timeframe, that you will have to be available.
Parcels came safely. Delivery took a little longer, but everything is fine.

My delivery was damaged and I had to throw away many goods.
