We are very satisfied. The transport was very quick. We were just missing an order confirmation and therefore didn´t know, whetherthe order had arrives and was being carried out. But otherwise gladly again.

The parcel came damaged, Broken items inside like the parcel have been kicked around with no respect for other people property Shame on you treating people's stuff with such disrespect, i do not recommend this service to anyone unless you want your stuff to come damaged, not only i paid for the items that are covered by broken glass and liquids but also paid for service that totally destroyed my item and made lots of extra unnecessary work cleaning all items
Super price, pick up and delivery as expected. Shipping time was exactly as prognoses. Shipped 3 packages from Portugal to Germany without any issues whatsoever. Great service. Will use again and can only recommend!!! Go ecoparcel!

It was easy and straight forward process for great price. One thing would be great if it was improved: It would be nice if we could get a more approximate pick up time window. 08:00-18:00 is very big, and people have things to do(walk dog, take kids to school, go to shop) so it would be nice if we could get a more accurate (maybe 2 hours) pick up window. Otherwise great service. Thanks
