Everything was fine except for the tracking, at the beginning I hadn’t the way to follow the package but then I contacted the client service and they answered fast and gave me what I needed to track the package. Economic and good service! Suggested.

Did few orders with them, the first ones were so so, the last one I shipped 7 boxes and was the worst experience, my 2.000€ PC was destroyed, my laptop, clothes and my Gf make up was destroyed as well, spent almost 200€ but now i have to spend more than 4.000€ to buy them all again, never again in my life, don’t do orders by them
The service is really bad. I don't recommend. Last parcel I've sent took more 17 days to arrive. 22 days to deliver a package, instead of 5. There is not human support behind. Just a robot. I've tried to change the deliver location and they didn't answer the request. They just ignore it.
Easy to use , efficient. No hesitation to recommend.
Quick delivery as stated. Was kept updated. Great service!
