Very poor and pathetic service. I booked 14 parcels last week on Wednesday, ecoparcel charged for it to me and the parcels were to be collected next day i.e. on Thursday. But ecoparcel didn't contacted me after that. I had to travel next day so my 14 parcels are still at my old address unattended and waiting to be collected and transported to me. Ecoparcel even doesn't bother to reply back the emails or answer on online chat. It was my big mistake to choose this service. But definitely it was my last time with them. I would not recommend anyone to choose this service as after payment, they would leave you helpless. I must say ecoparcel is a name of digital robbers.

Vorrei dare zero ma non è possibile! Pessimo servizio clienti e non è visibile il corriere scelto durante il preventivo! Avevo la necessità di annullare l'ordine e ho inviato un messaggio seguendo le indicazioni sul sito e mi dicevano che mi avrebbero risposto entro qualche ora, invece mi hanno risposto due giorni dopo!!! Purtroppo non sono riuscita ed evitare che il corriere prendesse le scatole e così il disastro: hanno aperto le scatole che sono arrivate veramente malconce per non parlare del contenuto! Probabilmente ci hanno saltato sopra! Sicuramente non userò mai più Ecoparcel e sicuramente non affiderò mai più una cosnegna a GLS!
