Parcel delivered
There is absolutely no customer support, chat does not work, tried to contact trough chat, no one replied till this day (about a week). No contact number, also tried to contact trough contact form, no one replied either. That is really disappointing, sometimes parcels gets lost, been left somewhere and I have no information at all, tracking does not show where the parcel is left and I have to deal with the receiver complaints myself. Good price but bad experience.
My third delivery already with EcoParcel. It came exactly when it was supposed to, everything in the box was as I put it and the customer help was super helpful and fast! (Shoutout to Flo)

Very poor and pathetic service. After payment, waiting for collection of parcels for more than a week. Sent many emails daily to ecoparcel but no reply from the company. Don't recommend anyone to use this delivery service.
