Me llegaron las dos maletas rotas, maltratadas con la cremallera abierta de una esquina, y cuando abrimos la maleta me faltaban muchas cosas, me siento estafado y esto solo se puede calificar como un robo, que vergüenza, espero puedan devolverme mis cosas lo antes posible, quiero mis cosas no quiero dinero por que su seguro de 300€ por maleta no cubre las pertenencias que me robaron.

I do have some parcels either coming to Hungary or sent to Portugal. GLS is the usual partner. For collection in Hungary, everything always goes smooth and GLS informs us well. The last time I had a collection in Portugal, GLS never even rang the bell, accused us of misinformation and the support from Ecoparcel is subpar. The answers are too slow, too many intervenients and the message seems to get lost. From Portugal, we only trust directly from UPS now.
