Shipment of 9 very large parcels (up to 60x60x60, 30 kg) from France to Germany within 2 days without any damage. No complaints.
Worst possible experience. Opened two complaints on how the initial order was not picked up and canceled without evidence. Paid out of pocket for a new delivery after customer service failed to respond to my queries opened through the contact form on the web page for more than two days although auto reply mentions usual reply is within hours.
Genial, he mandado tres paquetes con ellos. Uno de España a Irlanda (tardó 4 dias) y dos de Toledo a Asturias (llegó al dia siguiente). Además de ser mucho más económico que correos. La plataforma es muy fácil de usar y te va informando de todo por email.
