Their support system is a disaster, their time responding is really long, they do not follow their own Terms and Conditions, and they do not offer solutions to problems, they only apologise as that is a solution to something. They do not care if they leave a client hanging with their order. In my case I have to pay twice to have my three packages delivered, and months later I am still waiting for one of them to be pick up at the collection address. I do not recommend this site, as we say in Span "lo barato sale caro", cheap is expensive at the end. If I could I would give zero stars.

Parcel was delivered in 2 days
I helped both pick up and dropp off drivers with packages. I chose door to door service so I wont carry any weight for back problems. In the pick up I had to bring both packages down. In the dropp off I carried a package from the car to the house.
Collection was not done as scheduled and there is no Customer Service. Reply online was slow and took few days. Asked for some quotes never got them. Unhappy!

Parcel has been sitting in Italy for two days. They did not pick up their phone and gls did not respond to any requests for clarification. I would love to say this was good experience and the ordering and pick up were great. But why was a parcel few kilometers from final destination for two days?
Transporation took 4 days
Had 3 boxes and 2 luggages. 2 boxes out of 3 arrived broken and in one of them there was a music instrument that got damaged. It was written outside the box and I specified that also while buying the service.
