Not the first time for using this service and I love it, can get really lucky with the price sometimes, but it's never not affordable! Will continue to use this service as long as it's available!
Terrible collection service, and I have wrote emails to tell that we need to cancel and reschedule, and I only got no reponse!!!

Delivery took 12 days instead of 6 days, very bad customer service, lack of communication, the packages appeared to be somewhere else than were they actually were and at the end the boxes were torn apart completely, not usable a second time. Even if it is the cheapest, it is definitely not worth it!
