The service was really fast but the idea of having to wait the whole day for somebody to pick the package up with a window of 9 hours its too much. I miss also a video explaining the stepts to follow when you use this service. Something simple. I try the chat but it takes too long to answer. All in all, I will probably repeat because of the fast service. thanks.
