It was simple and it worked.
Everything arrived in good condition. Nothing was fragile or breakable, so that wasn't very difficult. BUT: The delivery time was far, far too long. So much for "3-5 days delivery time" by express. With five days, it should have arrived on June 3. However, the parcel arrived today - June 12 - and far too late for the date when it was needed, which was June 8. That is most unfortunate.

Misión imposible hablar con ellos, Me envían esta ecuesta para que valore el servicio y mis cajas , destino a España, siguen en Lituania sin recoger. Lo gracioso es que el seguimiento de mis cajas tiene vida propia y al parecer una está en Italia y otra en Polonia. No hay servicio de atención al cliente, no hay teléfono, no hay chat... donde poder resolver cualquier problema que surja.
