Even though I have already said it in 5 previous emails. They have charged me for two packages. I HAVE ONLY SENT 1. And they still haven't answered me or returned the incorrect charge.

Hi, you've placed two orders for 1 parcel each, thus, two labels were created. As Flexible Cancellation option was not selected during the booking process, unfortunately, free refund is not possible.
