Parcel was signed as delivered ( 1 week later than the estimation date) That’s no true .. none picked them up … very disappointed!!!! Plus the customer service is like a ghost Not recommend!

Il pacco è stato ritirato il giorno concordato (anche se il corriere ha protestato perchè non avevamo chiesto il ritiro al piano. Ma questa opzione non era prevista). Il servizio è stato un pò lento (ha impiegato 5 giorni per arrivare in Germania) ma efficace. Affidabile. Forse si può migliorare con un servizio telefonico per concordare orari di ritiro e consegna.
