Good: The shipment arrived and your customer service was responsive. Bad: The shipment arrived much slower than advertised and it appears that only email support is available, which is slow. Live chat or phone would be better.

Delivery times are brutally exceeded and customer support is completely disappointing. Furthermore, the bill sending system is not agile at all. We will look for an alternative supplier for our shipments.
