I had a problem with te service when I was making the booking. I booked twice because the web didn't send a confirmation and it was just one. Then I tried to cancel one of them and don't get any answer. I'm still waiting.

my emails and support requests via the chat get ignored. a package which supposed to reach its destination in 3 - 5 days is 12 days on the road and no one knows where it is. a bit uncool.

Perfect service. The package arrived even 1 day earlier in the Netherlands as expected. Pick up all good with SEUR, not very specific about the pick up hour, but package got picked up on agreed date and from my apartment door. Good updates about status, providing a delivery hour quit specifically. Happy with a delivery in the morning hours! Parcel arrived without any transport marks and practically as good as new. All very smooth and for a great price! I will use the service again for sure.
