Reliable service. Pickup was delayed by 1 day, but once collected, all went very smooth. It is mentioned that the collection day is not confirmed, but still not fun to wait for 9 hours without knowing if someone is coming. I reached out to the customer service, they replied after the package was collected and delivered..
