Pacco non accettato al primo locker in quanto non specificato che venivano accettati solo pacchi non superiori a 5 kg. Assistenza poco presente, solo dopo diversi tentativi mi hanno consigliato come procedere. Una volta accettato il pacco è arrivato in una settimana.

Il servizio è comodo e abbastanza veloce viene richiesto indirizzo ma il pacco viene consegnato al punto di ritiro e non a domicilio quando il pacco pesa più di KG 10 e non sia un auto è complicato il ritiro.
The process went very well, the parcels were picked up at the established day and they arrived within just 4 days, really recommend it!
