Parcel delivered 1 week later than expected. They emailed/texted me saying it was delivered ( when it wasn’t). I had to chase them up and after several emails they finally managed to track the parcel back and bring it to us

They surpassed the expectations with everything. The pricing is good and reasonable, communication and package tracking also on point, delivery time with the speed of light. A package from Romania to Poland took 3 days to deliver, when with the postal services it takes around two weeks. I strongly recommend and will surely use their services in the future!
