the worst service ever three times in a row. First time could get in touch with the company as I had a big problem, second time the same and third the same. the three times the parcels got 10 days later from the approximated date.
Transporation took 5 days
You have took my money and you did not picck up and deliver my parcels. Never again

The customer service is very bad, and the website works quite poorly. The only good thing I have found so far is the price. I will look for other options if something doesn't change at Ecoparcel.
