No Courier in Romania was speaking english. Customer support answered after only four days. No direct phone to reach ecoparcel team. Parcel delivery was slow - sent with another parcel service another package and it was five days more quickly.

Muy buen servicio, lo único es que no te dicen el nombre de la empresa que al final entregará, pero cumplen con el servicio y las tarifas son mejores que otros comparadores nacionales. La recogida se retrasó 1 día, pero el paquete se entregó dentro del plazo indicado.
