Everything was according to the schedule, the only complaint is one out of four boxes came broken.
For many years I'm using ecoparcel for sending samples to my clients. They are providing nice service but recently I can't get fast help from customer service and situations of shipments are not correct so I can't follow what's happened. I hope this is temporary faultry.

The driver didn't called me for collection so he put '' I couldn't find customer '' without call me.I felt wasn't fair. They should always call the customer for collection in front the door
