El envio llego con una semana de retraso.
I put an AirTag on the parcel and looks like at some point is was taken out or maybe fallen out of the box. I can’t find any other support form here.

Upon checking, the parcel was delivered in original packing (as the shipper sealed the parcel) and no repacking was done, nor were there any complaints during the delivery. As the parcel was collected from the Hotel Reception, please double-check with the shipper.

The delivery has been really quick ( One week from Spain to Latvia) and it was a very competitive fee)
Everything was right but I expected to be notice when the package would arrived. I received an email at 9am that my package could arrive that day between 8am and 6pm and at 9:20am the delivery agency was knocking my door.
One of the reason I tale your service is that I don't want to take my luggage up and down the stairs. But this time i got such a bad attitude pick up guy, he didnt even take the luggage from the door to the car. He made my wife do that. I got a lot better service before with you guys, but if this kind of thing happens again that would be my last time.
