ÍIt was vet slow, it lasted one week, even one day late to scheduled delivery. Collection is not flexible, one has to wait from 9 ám tó 6 PM to have the parcel collected. One week is really very long for a ship from France to Hungary.

The parcel was delivered on the 4th business day at 11:55.
As advised, transportation takes 3 - 5 business days. The economy-type service had been selected for only €16.25, deeming delivery non-priority.
We can schedule express services as well, unfortunately, express services start from €50.00 per parcel with a lead time of 1-2 business days, making a less competitive price for most of our clients.

Absolutely terrible, my baggage was treated very bad, things are brokemn inside, and now is impossible to reach someone and complain. Wouldn't recommend this service

However, we would like to clarify that suitcases are not specifically designed to withstand the rigors of this type of travel. As stated in our packing guidelines, we strongly recommend that all items, including suitcases, be placed inside a sturdy cardboard box for extra protection during transit.
