All was super ok!
After more than 2 weeks the parcel I sent seem to have gone lost. All customer care can tell is that they are looking for it. Still nothing about refunds and insurance compensation. This is the second time I use this service. The fist time they delivered everything destroyed. The second time they lost the parcel. Spend 5 euros more and get some more reliable service.
