Relativamente ao envio MQ8AVZ, o mesmo não foi entregue na data indicada, tendo ficado em armazém por 4 dias antes da entrega, o que originou ao apodrecimento da mercadoria. tivemos que fazer devolução do valor ao cliente, e pretendemos também ser ressarcidos pelos danos causados.
