Fast delivery. Although no one called earlier for delivery and luckily the recipient was at home. I would encourage that recipients are called prior to delivery.

I would never recommend this service. They were five days late to pick up the parcel, and their support is barely responsive. Tracking the parcel is nearly impossible, making it feel like a full-time job just to send a package through Ecoparcel.
